1) All applications need to be received by 1st October 2007.

2) New clubs applying to join the league for the first time will be required to have paid their league fees (£125) before the AGM which will be during the last week in November - date and venue to be confirmed.

3) Clubs wishing to enter two teams are required to submit two entry forms
